Aerial Silks Class

Personalised Begginer Aerial Silks Class. Aerial Silks class for absolute begginers or people wanting to improve foundational techniques. The class will be taught in a 3 meter outdoor rigging point designed specifically for aerial training. It is ideal for practicing techniques such as climbing, inverting, foot/wrist locks and hiplocks (but no drops). I have been doing aerial for 7 years and have 4 years of teaching experience and will be happy to adapt the class to your specific skill level. We will go through some simple moves and techniques and put them together to form fun shapes and sequences - starting upright, and ending upside down! There are no strength or flexibility requirements, we will adapt every move to your own body requirements. There will be a safety mat on the day.
