Handball Festival 2026 - Lagoa

The future of national handball will meet in Lagoa! From June 18 to 21, the Municipality of Lagoa will be filled with talent, determination, and fair play with the Handball Festival, an unmissable tournament that will bring together the great promises of the Under-14 Female and Male categories.

In total, there will be 24 teams representing 11 Regional Associations from all over the country (including the islands!) competing for the trophy. Come support our youth!

📍 The Stages of Great Emotions: The games will be divided among 4 pavilions in the municipality: Lagoa: Municipal Pavilion Jacinto Correia | Espamol Pavilion Parchal: Manuel Ferraz Pavilion Ferragudo: Ferragudo Sports Hall

📅 Tournament Schedule: June 18 (Thursday): 🛬 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Reception and arrival of the 24 teams at Jacinto Correia School (Lagoa). June 19 (Friday): ⚔️ 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Group Stage / Intense competition in the 4 pavilions. June 20 (Saturday): 🔥 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Continuation of the competition and definition of the finalists in the 4 pavilions. June 21 (Sunday): 🏆 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Grand Finals! 🥇 1:00 PM: Closing Ceremony and Award Presentation at the Municipal Pavilion Jacinto Correia.
