Feeling and growing together through art is the challenge for this workshop, which aims to help young people recognize, understand, and express their emotions naturally and safely through group sharing, plastic expression activities, stories, and games. This initiative arises as a safe, welcoming space that promotes well-being, facilitating the free expression of emotions, feelings, and opinions, as well as the exploration of the inner world and relationships with others. 📍 Lagoa School of Arts - Master Fernando Rodrigues 📅 June 13 to August 29 (12 sessions) 🕒 Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30 Thus, the aim is to create conditions that facilitate personal development involving self-knowledge, emotional self-regulation, self-confidence, and social skills. To this end, the project will channel and enhance the therapeutic effect of art, combined with other psychology techniques, as a vehicle for expression. Participants will be invited to explore their "inner palette" through the introduction and discussion of themes encompassing emotional intelligence, sharing experiences, and carrying out practical activities — such as drawing, painting, molding, cutting, and gluing — related to central themes (e.g., knowing my Self, fear, courage, communicating with others, among others). The sessions will be structured by theme but will adapt according to the characteristics and needs of the group, always maintaining flexibility and space for what the young people want to express on the day. At the end, if the children wish, it will be possible to exhibit their works for their parents and the general public. The activity will be entirely guided by Valeria Gore, clinical psychologist, ensuring careful and personalized support to each participant. Her experience allows her to identify emotional needs, support emotion management, and promote confidence, well-being, and more positive relationships with others. In a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment, young people will develop important emotional, cognitive, and motor skills for their healthy growth. Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30
