Presentation of the Book “The Restlessness… of Needs and Indigences”, by André Rubim Rangel

In this fourth title of the collection, the author proposes a reflection on the different forms of poverty — childhood, material, spiritual, and mental — addressing themes such as inequality, social exclusion, and human vulnerability. The work seeks to raise awareness of the need for greater collective consciousness and presents ideas and paths for action in combating various forms of need and social injustice.
