Event Description: A gluten-free diet excludes any food containing wheat, rye, barley, and their derivatives, but it does not exclude a good starter, a great main course, and a delicious dessert. Under the guidance of our nutritionist Tomás Prudêncio, you will prepare a celiac menu with inclusive and balanced recipes, as well as learn practical and useful tips for a gluten-free meal. A hands-on experience where theory and practice meet, culminating in the tasting of everything you prepare. Afterwards, you can take the recipes home to recreate. In the week that marks International Celiac Day, sign up and don't miss this opportunity! Learn to cook in a conscious, tasty way adapted to this universe.
