An afternoon dedicated to the senses and creative modeling. In this workshop, participants enter the universe of conventual and regional sweets, learning to work with almond dough to shape the iconic Doce Fino. Among colors and shapes that imitate fruits and animals, the secrets of one of the most emblematic traditions of the Algarve will be unveiled.

A practical experience to savor and share the gastronomic history of the region, deeply rooted in Barão de São João, where the art of almond sweets merges with local memory and identity.
