What does it consist of? It consists of a 5 km night walk, of easy difficulty, followed by an Aquafitness/aerobics class in the covered pool of São Brás de Alportel, promoting physical activity, socializing, and a different group experience, with the aim of encouraging healthy lifestyle habits.

Where does it take place? The meeting point for the Walk and Aquafitness is at the Covered Municipal Pools of São Brás de Alportel, where participants can use the facility to change and leave their belongings.

When? The event will take place on June 9, 2026. The meeting is at 20:00 at the Covered Pools of São Brás de Alportel, with the walk starting at 20:30. The Aquafitness class is scheduled to start at 21:30, lasting 45 minutes.

Who can participate? Anyone interested can participate in the walk. For the Aquafitness class, participants must be at least 10 years old. Participants can join both activities, or they can participate only in the Walk, or only in the Aquafitness class.

Necessary materials For the walk, participants should bring sports clothing and appropriate footwear. For the Aquafitness class, they should bring suitable clothing for the water (swimsuit/shorts), a swim cap, and flip-flops.

What is the goal? The goal is to promote physical exercise, socializing among participants, and contact with healthy activities.

Is there a charitable component? Yes. Participants are invited to contribute with food items, helping a local institution.
