A stage, some dancers, and a choreographer.
With no predefined ideas, no pretensions to follow artistic currents or styles, we forget all inhibition, deny control, and leave everything behind. In the present that lives in a space where the simple is routine and the spontaneous is real.
Hashtag#Free breaks barriers between the conventional and the innovative, exploring creative freedom in its purest form. The absence of stylistic constraints gives way to a living performance, where the performers become an extension of the moment, reacting to the instant with an extraordinary authenticity.
It proves to be incredibly surprising, not only for the high artistic quality that Daniel Cardoso has accustomed us to, but also for the original and unexpected musical choices. From Agnes Obel to The Cure, Radiohead, or Ólafur Arnalds, the eclectic musical selection invites us to dive into a unique sensory universe.
The choreography becomes a living dialogue between movement, space, and emotion, with each dancer genuinely interpreting the nuances of that freedom. The piece is a celebration of the here and now, an invitation to embrace spontaneity and the beauty of simply existing.
Hashtag#Free is not just another contemporary dance performance; it is a journey that challenges perceptions, evokes emotions, and inspires.
