What to expect:

Float (limited spaces) Relax on a floating bed in the water (you stay dry) while the sound moves around you.

Rest poolside Lie on a mat or sunbed and receive the sound beside the water in a peaceful setting.

Crystal singing bowls create gentle vibrations that you can feel in your body. Being in and around water makes the experience even more calming and immersive.

After the session, you may feel more relaxed, clear, and at ease in your body.

What to bring:

Warm, comfortable clothes and an extra blanket if you can (the session is outdoors). A mat/sunbed or floating bed, blanket, and cushion will be provided.
