3rd Corridinho Village in Figueira

The Village of Figueira is preparing to host the third edition of the Corridinho Village, which will take place on May 15, 16, and 17, 2026, at the Figueira Sports Complex.

This year's edition holds special significance as it marks the 50th anniversary of the Figueira Folklore Group, a reference entity in the preservation and promotion of the region's cultural traditions.

Over three days, the event will offer a diverse program that combines folklore, music, gastronomy, and crafts, providing a true celebration of Algarve roots.

Performances by folklore groups from various regions of the country are planned, as well as dances, musical shows, and traditional games.

The event will also feature local exhibitors and producers, reinforcing the appreciation of regional products and support for the local economy.

The initiative aims to value popular culture, promote community interaction, and strengthen local identity, attracting visitors from across the region.
